Lodging request marketplace · All of Mexico
Thousands of travelers ask for lodging on Facebook and WhatsApp. We send them your properties.
We capture real lodging requests from Facebook groups, WhatsApp and hosts with no availability, match them with your inventory and send options to the traveler. You just collect.
✓ No exclusivity✓ Commission only if they book✓ Works alongside your Airbnb
Real request → matched with your inventory
How it works
From request to booking in 4 steps
1
We detect the request
We monitor Facebook and WhatsApp groups, and receive requests from hosts with no availability on their dates.
2
We match it with your inventory
We cross-check dates, area, capacity and budget against your available properties.
3
The traveler gets options
We send them your Airbnb link and a direct-booking option with a discount.
4
You collect
Wherever they book, the commission is already configured and collecting it is easy.
Triple booking path
Every request works for you three times
The traveler gets your Airbnb link and a discounted direct-booking option — and even if they don't book, your listing comes out ahead.
1 · Direct booking
Off-platform discount
- The traveler pays less by booking directly with you
- You save Airbnb's fees
- Collecting your share and paying the commission of whoever brought the client is configured on the platform
2 · Booking through Airbnb
Your link, in front of qualified leads
- We share your Airbnb link with travelers with real booking intent
- If they prefer the safety of the platform, they book right there
- You do nothing different: the booking comes in through your usual channel
3 · Algorithmic boost
Bookings from other travelers
- Every visit from a qualified lead trains Airbnb's algorithm
- Airbnb learns to show your listing to more travelers like them
- Even if that lead doesn't book, you generate bookings from other travelers
